Finally, a press release from the City. This from KING TV:
Customers in Seattle who are supposed to have their garbage picked up today will have it picked up Saturday, Dec. 27. Thursday customers will have it picked up Sunday, Dec. 28. Pickup will still depend on whether streets are cleared enough to for garbage trucks to get to homes.
Customers scheduled for pickup Monday through Wednesday should put their trash out on their normal days.
Our dumpster is totally filled already, so I’m glad they’re going to catch up this weekend. With the holidays this past week I can’t imagine where most people would end up throwing their trash if it had to pile up until next Wednesday!
Yeah now only if the city would CLEAR OUR STREETS then they trash trucks could get through.
