It’s about a half hour after noon on the 22nd, and there’s some sort of police-led procession going northbound on 23rd Ave in the Miller Park neighborhood. I’m only seeing cars in the northbound lane (nothing southbound, at least while I was watching) and the northbound cars all have their emergency blinks on. There are lots of motorcycle cops zooming by with sirens wooping, too. Anybody know if there’s a funeral or dignitary procession?
