Though not technically on Capitol Hill, Freeway Park provides a bridge from downtown to First Hill, and, by extension, to Capitol Hill. Designed by a renowned architect to provide private nooks for park goers, this park has been known to hide the occasional dead body. As one Yelp user lamented, the park plays out “like a condemned video game.” Perhaps a new logo can infuse a little life into this city gem?
