Need three participants for CSA-style bread delivery

Columbia City Bakery is now delivering orders of bread and sweets weekly to customers in Capitol Hill. We have two customers who want to sign up at 14th and Roy, but we need five customers to create a drop spot. Would you be interested in getting a delivery of Columbia City Bakery bread to a drop spot in 14th and Roy every Wednesday? For more information about the program, you can visit the website at columbiacitybakery.com/community-supported-bakeries

You know you miss your bread, pretzels and cookies now that the Farmers’ Market season has ended at Broadway Market…

There is currently an active drop spot at Boylston and Roy, but we’d love to be able to get one open further west.

The minimum order amount per box is $100 for six weeks. I could do $50 for the if anyone else is interested in sharing a box. (I live for their Campagne bread.)

I live a block away from Columbia City Bakery and can tell you that everything I have tried there is great. Evan (the owner) was kind enough to let me use his espresso machine to test out, when I was trying to formulate my business. His bakery is very respected in my community. This concept is great way to have access to a great local Seattle bakery within the reach of the Cap Hill neighborhood. I consider CCB the heart of my neighborhood that consistently delivers great products and customer service. My favorites are the pistachio snails, walnut levain, and seeded ficelle.

The CCB is very accessible by bus #7/#9 or by the light rail. If you ever want to sample what CCB has to offer, I highly recommend the trip to Columbia City.

Hi! Get in touch with me, we can talk about whether I can help you find someone to go in with. I may have a likely suspect looking to split an order.

Thanks,
