“The main—or at least the largest—development stories in Ballard revolve around large, mostly featureless, five-plus-story, mixed-use blocks.”  There are pictures and, for the most part, it’s pretty grim reading and viewing.  Sound familiar? 

Yes, I know Ballard is north of the Ship Canal, but it’s really not so bad.
