Is it just that Asian food is cheap to do because it’s mostly noodles with a smattering of sauce? Certainly there is better cuisine creativity to be had in this ‘hood of the city.
And note to the existing Asian restaurant: steps up your service+offerings or just give up. We have enough dives on the hill already.
