I don’t know the story, but police at scene said only minor injuries resulted.
Police were responding to a call when two cars coming from different directions collided. People said the officer driving the car in the intersection was turning left when he crashed into the other car. The car on the sidewalk spun and took down a street sign before stopping. The officer driving the second car was taken to Harborview.
