Practice Vinyasa and Traditional Hot Yoga at The SweatBox on Capitol Hill
Capitol Hill, Seattle, February 23, 2016. –The SweatBox, a Capitol Hill Yoga establishment since 200, now has lunchtime classes Monday through Friday. After a big remodel– hardwood floors, updated showers, and new paint– The SweatBox is ready and waiting for you. By popular demand, we’ve added Vinyasa classes to our traditional hot yoga classes.
Now you can practice a 60-Minute Vinyasa Class at The SweatBox from 12pm-1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and do our Power Hour (a 60-min condensed Bikram Class) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm-1pm.
“I love to combination of Bikram and Vinyasa. I feel like I finally have the perfect combination of upper and lower body yoga” says longtime SweatBox student.
