Mayor Katie Wilson has announced a slate of changes at Seattle City Hall as she has selected new leaders — and a few Harrell administration holdovers — to lead key departments.

The changes join Wilson’s earlier selections on some of the higher profile roles including change at Seattle Department of Transportation with the selection of Angela Brady, previously a leader on the city’s Waterfront projects, to take charge at SDOT.

Seattle Police Chief Shon Barnes, Seattle Fire Department Chief Harold Scoggins, Office of Emergency Management director Curry Mayer, and CARE Chief Amy Barden are all lined up to continue their leadership roles under Wilson.

  • New: Quynh Pham (Acting Director); Sam Read (Interim until Pham starts)

  • Replaced: Jenifer Chao

• Office of Arts and Culture

  • New: Amy Nguyen (Acting Director); Kelly Davidson (Interim until Nguyen starts)

  • Replaced: Gülgün Kayim

• Office of Economic Development

  • New: Beto Yarce (Acting Director)

  • Replaced: Alicia Teel (Returning to Deputy Director role)

• Office of Sustainability and the Environment

  • New: Lylianna Allala (Acting Director)

  • Replaced: Michelle Caulfield (Returning to Deputy Director role)

• Office of Planning and Community Development

  • Retained: Rico Quirindongo

• Office of Intergovernmental Relations

  • Retained: Mina Hashemi

• Office of the Employee Ombud

  • Retained: Dr. Amarah Khan

• Office of Housing

  • New Appointee: Andréa Akita (Interim Director)

  • Replaced Appointee: Maiko Winkler-Chin

• Seattle Parks and Recreation

  • New Appointee: Michele Finnegan (Acting Superintendent/Interim)

  • Replaced Appointee: AP Diaz
