At least you have all the coffee houses well covered.
Martins Off Madison is open on Thanksgiving for a “traditional” meal ($15) from 4:30pm – 8:30pm. No live entertainment and the regular menu is not available but the food at Martins typically is a little bit upscale but not too expensive. They do this every year and some people look forward to it.

Piecora’s is offering a free Thanksgiving meal from 11:30-1pm. I was there today and saw a small sign indicating such.
