Kamiak Real Estate is in the early planning stage for a new four-story project at 162 19th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122 (between Fir and Spruce Streets). The Developer and Architect will host a community meeting on March 14 from 5:30-6:30pm at Washington Hall (153 14th Avenue, Seattle WA 98122).
