Capitol Hill Community Post | AARP Foundation’s free tax help starts on Capitol Hill Feb 4

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides in-person tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and/or have low to moderate income.

Starting on Saturday Feb 4, and continuing on Mondays and Saturdays through April 15, 2023, AARP Tax-Aide will be providing services at Prospect Congregational Church (1919 East Prospect Street).

Tax-Aide hours at Prospect Church will be 12pm to 6pm on Mondays and 11am to 5pm on Saturdays. Appointments are required, but walk-ins will be accepted if space is available.

For more information and to make appointments, or to find other locations in the area, please go to http://www.aarp.org/taxaide. If you need more help, you can call our volunteer line at 206-657-6018.

Once the site is open in February, taxpayers may also stop by during open hours and a volunteer there will help them make an appointment.
