With temperatures dropping back into the brrrr range and Seattle reverting to its rainy self for at least a little while, you might be noticing those damn Metro bus Hawaii vacation ads a little more than usual and thinking, “Self, it’s time to get some sand between our toes.” If you do take a Seattle spring break, don’t forget to take CHS with you. We know some of you keep tuning in even as you travel the globe. Below, we’ve shared some maps showing data from the Google Analytics system that tracks CHS visitor totals. The dots represent cities where people have visited CHS by typing ‘www.capitolhillseattle.com’ in their vacation address bars. Sure, we’re probably snaring a few Hill ex-pats in this net and major travel hubs like Honolulu are over represented, but it’s for fun anyhow. And to give you a few ideas — or for those of us on a budget — deeper longings for a sunny day on the beach.
