Bellevue, you are not a neighborhood and Capitol Hill is coming for you, bitches

So, we're a little late on this one but we've got them right where we want them. CHS advertiser Umpqua Bank -- Portland-based, small regional chain, not Chase -- has been holding a neighborhood contest across Seattle and Capitol Hill, frankly, is getting our ass handed to us by the likes of Roosevelt. Now, it's a little difficult for us to take a contest seriously that lists Bellevue as a "neighborhood" but whatever -- at stake there's potentially some more resources for a neighborhood project and possibly even some love for a Capitol HIll business or two.

Here's what you can do to help if you want -- and you don't even have to give up your Facebook "privacy" to get involved if you don't want to.

• Before December 15th, visit the Umpqua at 539 Broadway E and write a brief love note about your favorite neighborhood business (not CHS -- we can't play) or...
• Before December 15th, text "CAPHILL " to 99158 like this... "CAPHILL THE EAGLE"

Umpqua says the totals will be tallied thusly:

The three neighborhoods with the most ♥s win $10,000 for a community project.

The 10 businesses with the most ♥s win $1,000 to help make their business better.
