Lucky for those of you who enjoy paid lots, there might be even more parking available on Pine Street soon. Had a chance to talk with Dennis Saxman at last week’s Capitol Hill Community Council meeting. Saxman is at it again. The community activist who helped bring about the development standstill creating the Cha Cha Memorial Parking Lot on East Pine says he has his sights set on another nearby development being planned down the street. I didn’t have time to make note of which building is next on his list but sounds like you’ll know soon enough.
