The Area 51 building’sA Pike street parking lot’s future (see comment below): mixed used.
401 E PIKE ST is an asphalt surface parking lot on Pike. Area 51 is a block over on Pine street. While development may happen there soon, this permit is for a different development. Personally I am not sad to see parking lots turned into buildings. It is always harder to justify when buildings that are actively being used are ripped down.
