We got too busy to post yesterday’s report so here’s a double dose of activity from Seattle East Precinct’s Capitol Hill beat.

4:05PM 400 19th E Domestic Disturbance Woman is in an argument with her drunk husband.

4:15PM 16th E & E. Thomas Disturbance Police asked to respond to two issues at the same place: an uncooperative patient, and a DOA

6:12PM 1100 10th E Suspicious Circumstance Yesterday the complainant saw a man trying to remove a door on the building. That male is now back, in the building on the 2nd floor.

11:06AM 600 18th Ave E Hit and Run Parking enforcement officer was issuing a ticket and the driver struck his “scooter” in anger with the vehicle. Suspect is in a black Acura SUV with a handicapped placard, last seen Southbound on 18th Ave

11:42AM 100 Broadway E Disturbance Woman is singing very vulgar songs in Dick’s parking lot. Suspect is a white female, 30s

11:44AM Broadway and E Pine Disturbance Two men yelling at each other in the street. Caller fears for their safety. White male, 30s, blue jeans, black male, 30s, black jacket

11:52AM 15th Ave and E Thomas Hazard Non-energized bus cable is hanging in the street

1:08PM 200 13th ave E Hit & Run Caller heard the suspect vehicle hit two parked cars and then saw it driving away. Red Dodge Ram Pickup, with damage to right front wheel. The damage may limit how far it can get.
