Sunday evening, a block south of there, I saw (and held, watered, and fed) a cat that looked a lot like her and seemed ill. There is at least one other cat that roams the block and looks similar. I’ll call this morning.
I spoke to Jessica, the owner. We think I saw a different cat. Rosie is somewhat heavy, *very* talkative, and not much of a lap cat (the one I saw jumped right in my lap after I sat down). She’s declawed, so check front paws if you see a cat that might be her.
