I’m at the scene as SWAT arrive to respond to a situation in this residential neighborhood involving an agitated man barricaded inside a 21st Ave home.

11:03AM – 1600 21st Ave E – Shots Fired – Caller says he heard what sounded like two gunshots, followed by a man who came out of the house yelling and screaming. The man then went back inside and another pop was heard. Suspect described as a white male, 60-70, wearing a denim jacket and tan pants.
Update: There was a previous incident here in June where a mental man, recently released from Western State, was outside yelling and screaming and banging on things
Update x2: Police can see a man inside beating on the walls and furniture. Attempts to call inside are getting a busy signal
Update x3: “A report was written in the last week or so, and in the past the inside of the house has been a serious bio hazard”
