Come one, come all – it’s time for Government Fink Training!

I’m not sure how emergency preparedness qualifies as “government fink training,” as you suggest.

So far the planning is about three day’s food and water, not much else. Most people I know are way past that … need to get off the slick booklet approach and into real community organizing and planning, What Do we Do In A Major Earthquake?

Maybe after some more beginning meetings they will get there…. Red Cross First Aid Classes, free, would be nice. Eating dogs and cats for survival might get some attention too ….

Thanks again for letting the community use the space! I feel a real change is going to come in how Lowell and the upper Broadway/12th neighborhoods interact and support one another!
Exciting times!!

Congratulations to Capitol Hill for getting serious about how to effectively prepare your community. I hope many people show up for this worthy seminar when members of FEMA will show you how easy it is to . We are a small company who tries to support that same effort. Our goal is a safer home, community and country. at http://www.ice-qube.com we give away free ICE – In Case of Emergency Planners – based on the recommendations of the Dept. of Homeland Security. We also make great emergency kits called Ice-Qubes for home and office, baby and pet, if you don’t want to do it yourself.
congratulations on a great effort. I wish you al the best.
