Seattle Parks is now on Twitter @seattleparks and we’ve already been reminded of something we’ve been meaning to post about Cal Anderson Park for a long time:

Parks sent that out last Monday afternoon which wasn’t super useful. But, Capitol Hill mom, dads and childcare pros, now you can plan ahead for Monday. Here are the story time details:

Story Time/Kinder Drama at the Shelterhouse  – Free! Starting January 11, 2010. Mondays 10 AM – 10;45 AM for ages 2-3; 11 AM – 11:45 AM for ages 4-5.  Listen to stories from around the world in front of a warm fire. Then get up and move as we act out favorite characters with spectacular props made by the children. At Cal Anderson Park Shelterhouse, 1635 – 11th Avenue (within the park, near the intersection of 11th Avenue and E. Olive Street). Sponsored by Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center.
