The crowd flowed out the door for Friday morning’s screening of the 2010 World Cup opener. Even the dude in full team Mexico gear could not get in the door to watch his team take on host nation South Africa. The outside crowd didn’t let the view or sprinkles dampen their enthusiasm — or agony — as the host team took a 1-0 second half lead.
I dropped my daughter off at daycare this morning across the street from this scene and was very impressed with these folks watching through the window in light rain. Gotta love Seattle.
