Can we bring attention to him now that it looks like he might face more serious charges? A man Seattle police believe is connected to a group responsible for the ZEB tags across Seattle has been arrested again in Oregon. SeattleCrime has the details :
Multnomah County jail records indicate Sam Lehtinen was arrested early this morning by Portland police after a car and foot chase.
Records indicate Lehtinen was booked for robbery, reckless driving, possession of a stolen vehicle, eluding police, and is being held as a fugitive. It appears Lehtinen left Washington State illegally after he was bailed out of jail last week.
Poor guy, he needs a hug. If he is in fact the idiot that has been tagging everything in sight, I hope he gets a “hug” from his new friends in jail.

Wait, they arrested this guy in Seattle last week for the graffiti, and now he’s down in Portland? I don’t get it! Shouldn’t he be doing some jail time for the graffiti? I mean that was some excessive mischief he was responsible for! Shouldn’t he at least be publically flogged here in Seattle before he’s allowed to wander down to Portland? The part of this whole ZEB story that has been ignored for the past few weeks is that the ZEB tag is an ubiquitous tag that appears all over the country at different times and is not ¨owned¨ by one single tagger.
The tag will probably continue to appear as another person takes up the tag. It is inane to talk about this one guy when it will not dent the graffiti/tagger ¨problem¨.
Its amazing how many ZEB tags and hollows there are in Seattle after 2 weeks. ZEB for sure will go down as a beast. haha one person making a mockery of the police…”multiple people involved; more like one king destroying the city while making all the whiners cry!

Zeb is in for a big surprise as in hours upon hours of community service, jail time, and payback. But Zeb is an angry mental pile of crap who will go out there and try to outdo himself and get caught again and again eventually ending up in a mental institution.
