A full response by the Seattle Fire Department to a spill of an unidentified liquid hazardous substance inside the Capitol Hill Group Health campus north building briefly shut down 15th Ave E at Thomas Thursday afternoon. A fire fighter at the scene told me the spill was minor but did not know what the material was at the time. The scene is already being cleared of most respondents.
