The only thing we hate worse than missing coverage of an *interesting* event on Capitol Hill is then having to eat crow and cover it afterward. But this isn’t about CHS. It’s about Seattle cartoonist Jim Woodring, his dream of creating a working, 7-foot-long ink pen and using that $4,500 pen to create his art. Here is a look at Sunday’s unveiling of Nibbus Maximus at Capitol Hill’s Gage Academy of Art on 10th Ave East.
