Opening Day Boat Parade and Windermere Cup on Montlake Cut, Portage Bay, and Union Bay; races begin at 10:20 a.m. followed by the Opening Day Boat parade at 12:00 p.m. with an estimated attendance of 10,000. The Montlake Bridge will be closed from 10 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. Expect congestion in the vicinity around the University of Washington.
