Rollover car crash downtown leaves one dead, three injured

An early morning high-speed car crash in downtown Seattle killed one person and seriously injured three others. Multiple medic units and police descended on the scene at the intersection of 6th and Union where the crash occurred just before 4a Saturday morning. Firefighters extricated the driver and passengers from the significantly damaged vehicle but one victim did not survive the crash.

  1. How the hell did you guys get high-speed car chase? Officers responded to a collision…wouldn’t it say they were in pursuit or something if it were a high-speed car chase? Just give us the facts and stop assuming.

  2. My heart goes out to the young man killed as well as his family and all those close to him. My heart goes out as well to the driver, who lost his brother. Whatever mistakes he made, his life will never be the same and I don’t think any normal person would wish his situation even on their worst enemy..

  3. To those of you making disparaging comments, I know you are not necessarily evil or lacking in compassion. You simply want to believe that everything in life is ’caused’ or ‘deserved’ and that something so tragic would never happen to you..although tragic events take the lives of innocent victims every day.
