Today is “Cyber Monday” when millions more dollars — $1.2 billion to be exact — are predicted to be spent shopping online for the 2011 holiday season. The Amazons, Best Buys and Wal-Marts of the world will attract the lion’s share of the shoppers. But you don’t have to join the herd.
