This would be a fantastic project. I-5 is more than an eyesore running through our city, it’s a massive corridor of noise pollution that can be heard for blocks away.
I’ve lived in Seattle long enough to have my doubts that something this needed will actually be built.

500 Parking spaces for 3.5 million SQ Feet of hotel and almost 600 housing units. Yeah, that seems just about right.
