1. Look at that oversize cornice at the top! It looks…great…like a strip mall in Bellevue!

   And those colors! Orange is so, so appropriate for the Pacific Northwest!

   And the dual tones of the unimaginative institutional gray! It’s…<chef’s kiss>.

   This building, which is totally not an architectural monstrosity, will totally age well as styles change.
