There is literally NO additional information on this development at the Seattle Self Services portal you list above.
Did you search by address and make sure to remove the punctuation as the site instructs? There are nearly 50 entries for this address many of which are pretty clearly related to this development project.
Yep, I looked too. Nothing there.
City’s site is a bit hard to use. Here’s a direct link to one of the project’s permitting elements.
I had hoped there would be another grocery store going into the space, but from the description of 10k square-feet of small retail, that doesn’t look like its in the plan. When they start redoing the Safeway on 15th, it’ll be a bit of a trek to get groceries. Hopefully the new Safeway is better than the one there now.
With the #10 bus being rerouted, I’m not sure where I’ll go. The QFC at Broadway Market is out. I’m not carrying bags up the hill. Maybe the one on Pike Street, or delivery. That does seem like a trek, considering Safeway is just a short stroll.
The link doesn’t seem to work to get me to anything about this project. Additional info? Different link? Thanks
