A man was stabbed and taken to the hospital assault Tuesday afternoon on Broadway.

Police and Seattle Fire were called to the 200 block of Broadway E where a man was reported down after a stabbing just before 3 PM.

Seattle Fire says it treated a 32-year-old and transported him to Harborview in stable condition.

Police were searching the area for a suspect reported leaving the area by bike or possible on foot. The search also included Capitol Hill Station.

There were no reported immediate arrests.
