The arrival of 24-hour Burritos California to carry the torch in the old Rancho Bravo spot on E Pine has added new hope for Capitol Hill nightlife revelers in need of late night sustenance.

12th and Pike’s Nashville fried chicken by way of Pasadena joint Dave’s Hot Chicken is also open until 4 AM on the weekends.

Hot dog cart-rooted Casablanca Express serves until past last call on E Pike.

Those hot dog carts? Taco stands? They remain an essential late element on Pike and Pine.

The Capitol Hill IHOP is legendary for its late night scene and the area has a “21-hour” Voodoo Doughnuts shop.

This week, CHS also shined some light on the surprisingly popular and affordable chow at Harborview Medical Center. They have a late night menu, too.
