This is how it ends. After only a few months of existence, Seattle’s outpost of the Pizza Fusion franchise shut down suddenly in March, out of cash and out of time. CHS had been told that the Trace Loft developers were looking for somebody to take over the space part and parcel but looks like nobody came through.

Notice, no CHS crow buttons in the list. I had the good fortune to pick up my mostly empty jar just days before they shut down. Also no sign of the delivery scooters and hybrid car in the auction list so there goes the CHS plan for acquiring a breaking news scooter. York said his bar stools were reclaimed from the old Sunset Bowl so if you were a fan, you might want to make a bid.

Commercial and industrial auctioneer service James G. Murphy Co. says food service will be available at the auction site which is inside the former home of the restaurant. Think they’ll serve organic pizza?
