Jesse Drugge, the 29-year-old arrested earlier this week after police used Facebook to help track him down at his Kenmore home, has been charged with one count of second-degree child molestation and five counts of indecent exposure. At 5:30 p.m., he allegedly exposed himself to two girls, ages 15 and 16, who were sitting at a Capitol Hill bus stop near Holy Names Academy, while a third girl, 15, was standing nearby, the papers say.
