Not guilty plea in Yancy Noll road rage murder case

John Henry Browne entered a plea of not guilty to charges of first degree murder brought against his client in the Yancy Noll murder case in a hearing Monday morning at the King County Courthouse.

Noll loved ones filled the gallery of courtroom 1201 wearing green and buttons to show support for the 43-year-old Noll who was gunned down in an apparent road rage incident on August 31st near his North Seattle apartment.

29-year-old Dinh Bowman is held on no bail. His charges could bring up to 31 years in prison if convicted.

Noll served as the Broadway Market QFC wine steward for two years.

You mean “Yancy Noll” or “Dinh Bowman” or “Noll/Bowman” here, right?

Not to negate the murder, but isn’t murder one when you premeditate a murder? Was this murder premeditated?

Not necessarily, although they do say in these charging documents that he showed “premeditated intent.” And let’s also clarify that premeditation doesn’t only mean a scenario in which someone sits around and plans a murder for days or weeks and then executes it. It just means that they choose to kill someone and have time to second guess themselves before doing it. (From one source: “The need for deliberation and premeditation does not mean that the perpetrator must contemplate at length or plan far ahead of the murder. Time enough to form the conscious intent to kill and then act on it after enough time for a reasonable person to second guess the decision typically suffices.”

In this case, let’s say the road rage started on I-5 north or on the Lake City Way exit. The murderer had time to consider between then and the actual murder and still chose to pull up next to Yancy (in the wrong lane, mind you), pull his gun out of wherever it was stored, aim and fire it. That’s plenty of time and opportunity to choose NOT to murder him, and that fits the definition of premeditation.

Finally, even though they do say he had premeditated intent, it isn’t required in this state for murder in the first degree:

Did anyone see Bowman’s wife? Just curious what is going on her with her connection in all of this!

I’ve thus far navigated 29 years on earth without needing a gun in my car (or ever) to survive. I don’t know anyone else who has needed a gun in their car.

Premeditated enough.

Not to come to Jennifer Bowman’s defense (she SHOULD have called the cops), but my guess is this psychopath was abusive towards here. Women in DV situations are often so fearful that they would never go against their husbands. Sounds like this guy was evil in every sense of the word, I wouldn’t be surprised if she didn’t report it because she was terrified.

The whole situation is extremely sad no matter what.

As I said in last thread, the evidence is overwealming.

1. Lies about Window

2. Lies about Tires.

3. Assists in picking up new tires and hiding evidence.

4. Thinks nothing of ‘bangBang’ notes

5. Lives in some fantasy bubble, since yancy was all over every friggin news station, psoters all over, she lived half mile away.

6. Knew her hubby behavior – they were not recently married. Knew he parked outside, didnt question why amazing he started parking instead, repaining car, spraypainting rims. Also see new tires comment above.

I could go on and on but my fingers are starting to hurt. For the people wondering how she ties into everything, just RTFM.
