Capitol Hill Christmas Card 2012 — Melrose at Pine

When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the Star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young Child was. — Linus, (Peanuts 2:9)

Glad we made it to another Holiday Season.

The good, Santa brought Big Ern an AA from Seattle Central, two (part-time) jobs and quite a few interviews. More good, we don’t have a fake ice-skating rink on the Hill this year. The bad, we don’t have any kind of ice skating on the Hill this year. The good, there’s a real, ice skating rink down by the Space Needle. The bad, it’s cold. The good, it’s not raining. The great thing to be thankful for is that we’re in Seattle.

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy Festivus to everyone!
